The bouquet I ordered was low on stock, so I was asked if I could accept delivery the following day instead, so there would be more fresh flowers. I accepted and was sent an image of the arrangement, which was upgraded slightly too! The bouquet looked lovely and it was delivered the next day with no issues. Great service!

Obviously the deciding factor is the florist that prepare and deliver the flowers, however, we've used Direct2florist several times now and everything has been straightforward and efficient. No problems at all.
